Diane Meyer works primarily in photography, mixed media, and installation. Throughout her work is an interest in American mythos, humor, narrative clichés, and cinematic traditions that become restaged in unexpected ways. She has had solo exhibitions at AIR Gallery in New York and the Society for Contemporary Photography in Kansas City. Additionally, her work has been exhibited in numerous group shows including those at Lennox Contemporary, Toronto; Jen Bekman Gallery, NYC; Jessica Murray Projects, NYC; Spaces Gallery, Cleveland; the Bronx Musuem, NYC; Arthouse at the Jones Center, Austin; University of Pennsylvania Fox Gallery, Philadelphia and Rotunda Gallery, NYC. She has had residencies with the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Smack Mellon, and the CUE Art Foundation. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Loyola Marymount University.
